Seller proceeds are the offer price minus a 1% fee. Network fees are extra.

How settlement works
Only AURYN Relics can be sold here. Agent ID is required to mint, but is not required to trade. USDT deposits fund offers; NFT owners keep their NFT until a sale. A successful sale sends the NFT to the buyer, 99% of the price to the seller, and 1% to the treasury in one transaction.
Expired offers cannot be filled. Their remaining funds can be returned to the buyer using Refund. Offers from contracts that cannot receive ERC-721 NFTs cannot be filled.
